Partners & Collaborations
Together, CCCZ, TPC and LOOP form a powerful hub in Zurich driving forward cancer research and medicine, technology development, data science and career development in the field of precision oncology for the benefit of cancer patients.
Tumor Profiler Center
The Tumor Profiler Center (TPC) is a research consortium spanning the University of Zurich, the University Hospital Zurich, the ETH Zurich, and the University Hospital Basel. The consortium focuses on cutting-edge, integrated, multi-omics tumor profiling techniques and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to support clinical decision-making in precision oncology, to guide individualized cancer treatment plans.
“In the TPC, we combine single-cell and omics technologies with AI to precisely understand tumor biology. Our goal is to translate these insights into concrete, personalized treatment recommendations within a few weeks.”
Prof. Dr. Bernd Bodenmiller, Director CCCZ Technologies
The LOOP Zurich
The LOOP Zurich is a joint medical research center focusing on Precision Medicine. The six founding institutions of The LOOP Zurich are the University of Zurich, ETH Zurich, and the University Hospitals: University Hospital Zurich, the University Children’s Hospital Zurich, the University Hospital Balgrist, and the University Hospital of Psychiatry Zurich. It aims to enhance disease understanding through patient-derived data. The LOOP projects utilize advanced analytics, bioinformatics, and data processing tools aiming to uncover insights into disease origins and progression, driving the development of innovative, personalized therapies for patients.
